About

This was created by Katrina Boisclair, Chris DeBono, and Shynal Deo, third-year nursing students of Thompson Rivers University as part of our community project. It can be challenging for immigrants who are new to Kamloops to understand how the health system works, so we created this website to help new immigrants access health care providers in Kamloops.

Thank you to the photographer Jai Aashurag Narayan Gosai who captured this beautiful image of Kamloops and allowed us to feature it on our website.

Thank you so much to the staff at Kamloops Immigrant Services, Kamloops Urgent Care Clinic, Royal Inland Hospital, and Summit Medical Clinic for helping us to create these resources as a part of our project. We hope these resources contribute to helping our community become a healthier place to live and grow.
